guess what?
i just broke a record in GUINESS WORLD RECORDS (qihao's edition) !!!
isn that great?
congratulates me :D
and be at all ears for i am going to share with you the most majestic event of the year!
I SURVIVED WITHOUT WATER FOR 24.5 HOURS!
isn that amazing?
its totally miraaaaaculous!
lols...
at the expense of getting in the book of records...
i was rewarded with an amazingly sore throat.....
the sore stays there...
and impulses were sent to the brain every 0.2seconds to stress the acute pain in the throat...
ok...
my 1st water intake was at 11.00pm...
when i had my dinner!
that is the reason why my weight-gain AKA fats are located at the stomach...
actually...
its not really fats...
but i just feel so out-of-shape...
coz the stomach is sticking out more now...
than it is compared to 3 months ago...
must do exercise...
AND CORRECT MY DINING SCHEDULE..
no matter what...
i am going to have 4 meals a day...from the original 2...
and it includes breakfast, lunch, high-tea and dinner...
STRICTLY NO SUPPER :D
and in the morning...
it MUST be a spread (fats,calcium,PROTEINS,potassium and phosphorus(must find food sources) and carbohydrates... :D
coz at night...
i am going to refrain having too much protein and fat intake...
and i am going to sleep at 11pm sharp every night...
and wake up at 5.15 every morning :D
exercise every friday night and sunday morning... :D
daily workouts if i get to buy anything tmr that is required for that :D
these things are sooooooooo gonna make me stay healthy :D
anyone who wants to take part in this healthy schedule please tell me :D
lets stay healthy together :D :D
i am really scared of falling sick...
especially during the Os...
so i had better immunise myself now :D
i had always had a weaker heart...
slower cell-synthesis and replacement rates...
slow healing rates...
and also...
slightly lower blood sugar level than you guys...
that is the reason why i always eat sweets, cookies and bubble tea if i got the chance to...
the doctor told me about my blood sugar 1.5 years ago...
though not serious...
but i'd better keep my sugar level relatively average...
coz i had once lost my eyesight temporarily due to sudden drop of blood sugar level..
and once i fainted while having fever (the time when my blood sugar dropped significantly coz i couldn eat alot of things)
lols...those times reflected to me that i should take more sugar...
and i never told my parents that i think these are the results of too little sugar :P
i just took extra sugar without letting them know now :D
i dont really like sweets...
but they are good sources arent they?
ok...
there were some things that pissed me off today...
for example...
after i got of my dad's car and walked down the pathway...
my brother jerked the car-door open and it took a direct hit at my hip...
ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch!
and than i told my mum that i had a terribly sore throat...
and guess what they ordered for dinner?
SAMBAL kangkong...
DEEP-FRIED tofy with some DEEP-FRIED stuffs on top...
ROASTED chicken...
COFFEE spare ribs...
YAM RING with SEAFOOD...
oh my celestial...
that i substantial to aggravate my throat problem...
now my throat is dying on me...
argh...
ok whatever... :D
just take care of yourself everyone :D
stay healthy, be happy and MOST IMPORTANTLY be confident :D
its better to be loved and lost than never to be loved at all :D
ok randomness :D
